The service
ClearInning provides original sports analysis, educational commentary, free previews, historical result tracking, and, only after provider approval, paid access to additional content. ClearInning is not a sportsbook and does not accept or place wagers, hold betting funds, distribute prizes, link to sportsbooks, or receive sportsbook referral compensation.
Eligibility
The service is intended for adults age 18 or older. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.
Subscriptions
Before purchase, checkout will display the exact monthly price and billing interval. A paid subscription renews monthly until canceled, and you authorize Stripe to charge the saved payment method for each renewal. Online cancellation is available from Account → Manage membership without a phone call. A scheduled cancellation stops future renewals while access remains active through the paid-through date shown by Stripe. A canceled member who later rejoins receives the price then available rather than the former membership price.
Refunds
Payments are not prorated or refunded after subscriber access begins, except for duplicate or unauthorized charges, where required by law, or when ClearInning expressly agrees otherwise. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Contact [email protected] promptly about a duplicate or unauthorized charge.
Content and results
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Analysis is informational and reflects the information available when published. Historical results do not predict future outcomes. No selection, result, win, profit, accuracy, performance, number of daily selections, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal purposes. Republishing, reselling, scraping, or distributing members-only content without permission is prohibited.
Changes and support
Material subscription changes will be communicated before they take effect. Questions may be sent to [email protected]. Support is handled during normal Pacific Time business hours, with a target response time of two business days.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Live subscriptions and tax collection are not currently active. Before live enrollment opens, ClearInning will complete its tax review; checkout will display the final amount before payment confirmation.
